The protocols on cooperation that Medica Zenica concluded with certain institutions and organizations aim at the integration of Medica into the psycho-social and health system of the community, as well as the maximum use of existing Medica Zenica resources, but also community resources. From the international networks there are EPIL (European Project for Interreligious Learning), WAVE (Women Against Violence Europe), and from the local ones there are Safe Network, Older Brother, Big Sister National Network, Peacebuilding Network, NGO Council, Nevac, Informal Network children's day care centers - Regional Network for Children Living and Working on the Street, Agreement Plus Network, Women's Network of BiH.

"Medica" Zenica has been appointed a member of the Advisory Group for Central and Southeast Europe at UN WOMEN for the next 2 years.
