On Monday, 17 students from Turkey visited "Medica" Zenica. Students come from different parts of Turkey, but study in Istanbul where they also volunteer for the Hayat Foundation. Some of the students traveled outside their country for the first time and chose to be Bosnia and Herzegovina. Expressing the desire to get acquainted with the work of Medica, the employees of the organization presented the work, achievements, as well as services that provide psychological and economic support to women and children survivors / victims of war and postwar violence, and other forms of sexual violence, domestic violence, torture and trafficking in human beings.After visiting Medica, students from Turkey had the opportunity to get to know Zenica. They also visited Konjic, Mostar, Buna, and of all the places, they especially liked Travnik. The students also plan to visit the capital of BiH, Sarajevo, after which they will return to Turkey."Medica" Zenica is always open for new friendships and networking, and for many years there is cooperation with organizations from Turkey, as well as visits and participation in conferences, trainings, as well as the celebration of the Convention against All Forms of Discrimination against Women.
