Children beneficiaries of services of Medica Zenica spent holiday in Slovenia PDF Print E-mail

The Institute Krog from Slovenia in cooperation with the Association "Medica" Zenica organized holiday  for children beneficiaries of services of  "Medica" Zenica (Drop-in center and Safe house "Medica" Zenica"). Children  of "Medica" Zenica  stayed in Slovenia in the period 22 -28.07. 2012. As a part of their stay in Slovenia, the children had the opportunity to socialize with their peers from Slovenia, Montenegro and Brčko.

 
Empowering workshops for women and girls in rural areas of Zenica municipality PDF Print E-mail

Association "Medica" Zenica, within  the campaign "Vote for Women" which is being implemented in 14 cities of BiH, in partnership with 23 organizations, organized and held 12 empowering workshops  in 4 rural areas of the municipality of Zenica (3 workshops in Begov Han, 3 workshops in Orahovica, 3 workshops in  Stranjani and 3 workshops in Babino) for a total of 85 women and girls.

 
Vote for women campaign started PDF Print E-mail

On 19th of July, 2012, Vote for women campaign was presented in Sarajevo. The campaign will be implemented in the next three months by the Women group in BiH, which consists of 23 organizations from 14 cities in BiH.

 
Network for support to victims/witnesses established and Protocol signed in Central Bosnia Canton PDF Print E-mail

On 14.06.2012, in the building of the Government of Central Bosnia Medica Zenica  in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and Administration  of CBC organized signing of the "Protocol on mutual cooperation of relevant ministries, institutions and NGOs in providing support to victims / witnesses in  war crime cases, sexual violence and other forms of criminal offenses through established network on the territory of  Central Bosnia Canton, "and the award of certificates of gratitude to the signatories and members of the Working group.

 
III module of EPIL held in Bosnia and Herzegovina and tweleve peacemakers presented PDF Print E-mail

"Medica" Zenica is a partner organization for the implementation of the European Project for interreligious learning-EPIL  since 2002 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. EPIL is a unique way of learning besides professional knowledge, offers live contact and meeting with people of different religious communities and the practice of interreligious dialogue.
Religion forms identities of people and causes their relationships. Although religion often causes conflicts in Europe,on the other hand it encouraged people to fight for freedom, human dignity and emancipation. even in secular societies of modern Europe, religion still has an impact on the creation of the system values, deep belief and lifestyles.
